"Called GPS to explain what was going on after having the line snaked and plunged 2 different times from a previous company. Previous company did find a lodged object in the line. They told us we needed to dig up the sewer line, cut the pipe, remove the object and then repair. Max from GPS was here for five minutes when he thought to dig up some of our grass to look for a trap by the street. Which he found immediately ! Took him 2 more minutes to use a tool to grab a sippy cup that my son must have thrown down the drain on the side of the house. So thankful he thought to look for that trap. It not only saved me money and time, but gave me great relief that my plumbing is going to go back to normal again. All the girls who work in the office were extremely helpful as well ! Highly recommend Max and GPS and will be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. If anyone ever needs a plumber I'm recommending GPS. Thank you Max !!"

"Joe was professional and let me know what he was going to do. After he left the problem area has been fine..no leaking, no worries. His price seemed reasonable and it was nothing compared to Horizon (stay away from them!). I have had different plumbers "fix" this issue and they keep leaving me with a problem not solved. "I hired them for a furnace maintenance check for a great price. They changed my filter and disconnected my electric one informing me it was no longer in use. Added glue to pvc drain pipe that was loose, cleaned the flame sensor, measured voltage of circuits. Recently, as the weather got colder and the furnace started running I noticed a puddle coming from underneath it. I spent quite some time trying to diagnose it myself but couldn't figure it out. I explained to the company that I started having issues with the furnace after my last check. They sent Frank out to look at the issue. He was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and it was pretty simple. It was due to a loose drain pipe inside the unit. He simply reattached it. I was not charged as it was possible the pipe got loose (it was not well sealed) during the maintenance check. I was extremely grateful with the way Frank and Arctic Air Conditioning conducted business. I am wary of vendors who try to exploit you but I do not feel that way at all towards Arctic Air. I feel I can trust them with my business again in the future."

"Chris, his son, and the rest of his team was very professional. I'll start by saying that we had called AJ Perri for an emergency, who charged us a reasonable $95 to snake the sewage drain from the clean out outside to the street. Then they recommended a camera of our line due to resistance at about 80 feet. The camera showed corrosion and puddling at the end of our lawn just before the sidewalk. They quoted us $15,000 to do a liner instead of full replacement!!! My brother worked for our uncle's plumbing business for 10 years down in TX. My brother swore up and down AJ Perri was charging outrageously and convinced us to get other quotes. Roto Rooter came in at $13,000, again my brother told me to get quotes from smaller local companies, as he and my uncle would have a charged around $5,000 and given a warranty. We reached out to three smaller companies, including Chris and his son, and they were all in the same ballpark at just a littmore more than 1/3 of what AJ Perri quoted us, including full replacement of the cast iron sewage pipe and replacement of the water line. Since the other quotes were in the same general ball park (within $1,000 or so), we went off the quality and quantity of reviews and Chris and his son had great reviews on HomeAdvisor and other places on the web. Working with them was easy. They kept us apprised of the process. The permit took a little longer to get than expected due to a mistake about what township we're in (it happens more often than we would like). Other than that, there were no issues, and aside from having to spend a lot of money on something that isn't seen, it's obviously necessary, and we're pleased with the work (the problem started with the plumbing on our lower level backing up). We highly recommend Chris and his company."

"Although I felt a bit dumb due to my problem being that I forgot one step after installing my new kitchen faucet (didn’t back flush it so old debris reclogged it), the guys were quick, took care of the issue, and explained what I missed without making me feel like too much of dope. "They came in with their team and went right to work. Only a portion of the basement needed to be waterproofed. They drilled out a 10-inch wide portion of the concrete floor, put stones, pipe, more stones and re-concreted that portion of the floor. Painted that wall with waterproof paint leaving me the rest of the painting to do (my choice). Drilled a hole at the bottom of each cinderblock which drained into a grey baseboard material which then drained into the pipe and flowed into the sump pump. Replaced the old basement window and placed concrete around it. Installed a sump pump, placed the pipe through the wall, placing the water exit pipe into a flower bed. Adding a circuit breaker dedicated to the sump pump. They described everything they were going to do prior to the job and everything they did at the completion of the job. Also, explaining how the sump pump worked. The total cost was $4200.00. The best part they cleaned up after. Oh and before they did anything they placed plastic all around so as not to ruin anything in the basement. I did not have to lift a finger."
