"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"Everything was great. Harry was very helpful in assisting us with our kitchen design. The kitchen cabinets are absolutely beautiful. The crown molding craftmanship was absolute artistry. The back splash installation fabulous. The installation team was very professional and courteous. We have a severely autistic son that their crew worked around his schedule to minimize the construction impact on his day. We had some additional work performed that included repairing of the drywall damaged by our son, painting of the living room, kitchen, and dining room and installation of recessed lighting in the three spaces. They even replaced our old door doors with beautiful elegant doors. We are so happy with everything. Being mindful of our home, they also consistently cleaned their workspace at the end of the day. I had a small leak under my kitchen sink which could have turned into a larger issue. I'm glad that he was able to identify that the new garbage disposal was installed too loose and that a screw had fallen out during its use. If I waited longer I could have ended up breaking it and spending a lot more money having it fixed.

 

Overall the job was done timely he was on-time and even came out on a Sat morning before 8am.

"The plumber arrived at the specified time and went right to work diagnosing the problem,  He diagnosed the problem quickley and snaked out the drain.  Unfortunately, I had an additional problem with clogging shotly after the tech left & called lthe office.  They arranged for another tech to come out the next day and he found & fixed the left over problem within an  hour.  I would  definitely use McHales again & recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Both techs left the bathroom clean (I scrubbed the toilet & shower after they left & it looks great!)"

"The majority of the work was done well. During our time working with the company there was a change in leadership and staffing that slowed progress on the job so that it took them around a month to complete the originally contracted job. However, they were dedicated to only using staff who could complete a quality job. The owners were very responsive by phone, and would frequently come out to check on progress. If we expressed unhappiness about some of the work, they would send someone out to fix the job to the best of their ability. Their painting/plastering work was not especially great, we knew that they could not match the color, however, the patches were sloppy which was surprising given their name. I wish they would have used higher quality materials for the fixtures, but the best of Lowe's is what they used. However, we were allowed to select the fixtures ourselves and they would pick up the item. If we wanted higher quality, we would have had to research, purchase, and pick up the fixtures ourselves and they said that they would install the fixtures. After getting many estimates and working with other contractors, we would use and recommend them in the future, especially if they had settled their staffing/leadership issues."
