Russ emails all the information you need to know about refinishing with step by step description how it is applied. He definitely runs his business top notch when it comes to customer service. technician arrived on time went directly to work very polite very neat and clean. I was going to replace the tub resurfacing it was suggested to me. This saved time and money and looks better than I ever imagined. I would highly recommend All New Tub and Tile Refinishing and Repair to everybody and anybody I know. Russ is a business man and a communicator that I would expect from such. He and his team are on top of providing great service that exmplfies how they achieve a constant 5 star rating from customer reviews. His team saved me thousands in renovations recoating a fiberglass shower encloser that was installed in the late 1980's. They made it look brand new. My recommendation is to not use anyone else for this type of work.

Absolutely amazing, the promises that were made on the phone were more than delivered by the guy who came to do the work. The work was done quickly with zero mess, the guy showed up on time overall a phenomenal experience. The tub looks great, literally looks brand new. This was so much better than the other option of replacing.

this company is outstanding reglazed an old bath tub from horrible pink and damaged to bright beautiful white, From my first call to Russ outstanding cusetomer service . Professional excellent work, meticulous work... left the bathroom perfect.... Arrived on time...!!! Returned phone calls when I had a question or concern ..... We needed our kitchen back splash retiled. Chris gave a very reasonable estimate completed the job with a high degree of professionalism. He was very knowledgeable, honest and accomplished the task in a very efficient manner. My wife and I are very please with the results, he gave clear information on how to keep the tile clean. This was the best experience in all ways for the tile grout in our shower. Russ communicated right away once contacted. Chris called soon after and explained the whole process step by step for cleaning, repairing deteriorating grout, clear seal and caulk. Made the appointment over a month in advance and he did not reschedule. Arrived at the agreed time, wore protective shoe covers, brought in his tools/supplies and went right to work. Chris explained again what he was going to do and reviewed the finished job. Also gave recommendations on cleaning and future care. The shower looks great. Chris is very experienced, timely and professional. He had everything he needed to get the job done. I had lost hope of finding a good contractor that you can trust and I wish there were more like this company.
