"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"Joe came out and took measurements of the property. He started sending drafts to us shortly thereafter. He was patient with us through al of our design choices and changes and was able to get EXACTLY what we wanted to fit in our existing space. I am a disabled Veteran with a disabled little one and he took into account all o the needs that we would have in the new space and also suggested small changes to improve accessibility and function in the new spaces."

"Ken and Dave completed the first part of our Beth remodel. Highly recommend them!"

"Dave has been the best contractor we ever hired. He remodeled 2 bathrooms, finished our basement and built a custom deck.He is on time ,extremely clean and always on budget.Dave really pays attention to details. That is what sets him apart from other contractors.Could not think of a better person to recommend."

"Lou from LMA Design showed up on time, was neat, finished the job on time and on budget. He was a perfectionist and wanted the job done right, which was a huge relief for me. I recommend him highly."

"This was not new construction to correct an initial deck design flaw.. and it was not a simple job. Some contractors would have tried to over-complicate the nature of the work to inflate their fees.Scott was honest and straightforward. Scott was: On time. On budget. With excellent craftsmanship. Pleasant to work with. I give Scott Monath the highest possible rating is all areas. I have no doubts of Scott's ability to any type of construction: Decks, Carpentry,(rough or finish), remodels(interior or exterior), baths, kitchens etc. I would hire Scott again. Best contractor I ever had do work for me."

"The work done on our house was great. Everything from the painting to the plumbing and electrical work was done pretty well. The new heating and cooling system works perfectly. We are very happy with the results, would definitely recommend."

"I have good recommendations for this company."

"David is excellent! We hired him for an entire first floor renovation of our home (approx. 1,300 sq ft). He understood the vision we had for our home and made excellent recommendations that we never would have thought of. During the design phase, he pointed out ideas that would help save money but keep our vision in tack. He worked with our contractor and the township to make adjustments to the plans so everything would be up to code. He was very responsive and quick to respond to emails whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend David for anyone that is looking to renovate!"
