"Everything went smoothly. Bathroom & Kitchen King finished the project within the estimated time frame and contracted budget. Vincent and Harry were very responsive and kept me informed. When Harry came to do the estimate, he left me with some contacts at vendors he works with so I could get an idea of the products available to me. He was proactive without being pushy which I really appreciated. Mike and CJ were the guys working in my house day to day. They worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day (I realize this benefitted them as well, but it was nice to not have to work around in-progress in a gutted kitchen for several weeks). If any issues arose, they consulted me, so there were never any surprises. Mike and CJ were very accommodating to me and my parents who live with me. "The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. More masonry work is needed at the house and Quinn Brothers will be doing that work, too."

"Steve and his crew were very good. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with this company, very responsive, on time every day which was important as I have children to and from school and other daily activities. They completed the project and did so within budget. Was very happy with the results and would recommend to friends and family. The work was performed to our standards, and they were capable of doing all phases to include new insulation, new sheet rock walls, and trim and insulating, and painting. This was very convenient as it cut down on my time to find and review and hire multiple contractors."

Price was very reasonable in my opinion.  Another Angie's List vendor quoted nearly twice the cost of CMP.
