They had all the tools necessary to clean it all the way up, not like the last company that came out. They cleaned the woodstove shelf-no company had cleaned that before and left the house without a trace they were here. Very respectful of keeping the place clean as they went. Daren (and his brother-in-law, whose name escapes me) were both extremely professional and personable. Daren provided pictures of my chimney, which clearly showed I had a problem.
