"Luis (the owner) was prompt and very easy to deal with. He submitted his estimate via e-mail which was convenient. The job was scheduled with in a week after I said I wanted the work done. His men showed up on time and were very polite clean and thorough. The job was completed by the end of the day and the quality was excellent. "Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. "Mr. Cowan was very responsive.  He came out timely and performed the work as described.  He also recommended some additional work that needed to be done.  He took his work very seriously and did an excellent job.  I believe he was a little highly priced, but it is very difficult to find a reliable chimney contractor, and therefore, well worth it.

Furniture put pack in place and after checking closely a perfect job from start to finish. "He came on time and on a Sunday, so I appreciated him being flexible.  But, his quote was just way too high, it was double the quote I went with.  I received just an email with the price, no formal proposal or detail.  I believe he didn't want to do the job, and priced himself out of it, and he never followed up.  Contractors tend to do this time to time, if the quote is accepted, its a win-win for them.  I just hope anyone else getting work done gets multiple quotes and don't go with the first one.  Just some sage advice."
