"Hired Horizon Services for HVAC replacement and plumbing (replace copper pipes that were old and deteriorating with pex and replace 40-year-old tub and surround). Both had a professional here quickly to give me an estimate and then again to start the work. The HVAC work was done quickly but large debris was left and communication with the installation crew was not good. The plumbing work is still underway but communication is good."
