Campbell Comfort Systems did and excellent job servicing my heater at 34 Woodbrook Drive. They found a gas leak that could have caused serious damage to my home. They also made very good repairs to my air conditioner.

I had the opportunity to work with Campbell Comfort Systems when they came to my rescue 3 years ago for an emergency AC repair (when my primary HVAC Company was not available). They have the most professional and courteous technicians that I have ever dealt with. Since that time, they have become my primary HVAC specialist. This year our 12 year old AC unit needed to be replaced. As anyone would do, I got a few quotes from many different companies since this was a large purchase. Once again, Campbell Comfort Systems came up on top because they recommended the best system (Lennox), while being competitive with the pricing. Also, they were the only company professional enough to teach me a thing or two about the whole project so that I could make a better educated decision. Their sales person was very knowledgeable and everything the sales man promised was delivered by the installers. I really appreciated that. Campbell Comfort Systems is very trustworthy and respectable company. You can truly see that in the employees that work there. I’m so happy to have them in my life. Take this from someone who has been dealing with them for many years.

Their service charge was a lot. I thought, they were really good. They came out right away when I had a problem, and it turned out that I had a carbon monoxide leak. They shut everything, and they were just really good. It was an expensive system, but it's a good system. They did everything promptly, just the way they said they were going to.

BIll came over to explain my options, how to finance, addressed my concerns. He was full of information, knew his products, patient with all my questions. Bill's son and the 2 Workers were professional, clean, great with my dogs--felt comfortable with them in my house. Job completed in 2 days without any house damage--they worked nonstop. They are very picky about their quality of work and the installations were neatly done. Cleaned up perfectly. Explained how the units worked before leaving and told any additional questions could be easily answered because they are just a phone call away. Clara and Deanna were super supportive and helpful with financing this project. Besides having quality units installed and work completed, I feel as though I now have an extended family of friends..

We used this company before so we were confident in their ability to do us right. (see my previous report.) Bill came out as scheduled a week before Memorial Day weekend. He spent probably 3 hours at our home. He did a lot of testing and setting up equipment and lots of writing down stuff. He advised us that it might take a week maybe even two for us to get the report as the holiday weekend was approaching. We were OK with that. We added we were not ready financially to do work immediately but were interested to know what we were up against. (previous owner of this home was a kook and did some shady type work on it.) For weeks on end we would call about getting the report. Maryanne usually answers the phone. She's always polite, always indicates we cannot speak to Bill because Bill is not there. She always says she will speak to him and call us back. Sometimes she would, sometimes not. Always polite though. We would only call on average every 2 weeks, sometimes it went on for more. One of the last weeks in August I called and she had been authorized to offer us a refund since the report was not ready. She said he was still working on it. It was one of the busiest summers for them. His house burned down? After 2 more weeks and we hadn't heard from them, I called them. By now it was September 1 and Labor Day was approaching. So this went on all summer. I called to cancel and ask for the refund. Amazing, but the report was in the mail! After hanging up from her and talking to my partner, we decided we could no longer accept the report. Our confidence in it would be around zero. I called back, advised her of this. I advised if we were indeed to receive the report in the mail, we would not open it but send it back and we expected a full refund on our initial call $89 plus the $225 for the audit. We did get what seemed to be a 1 page report in the mail, we didn't open it and sent it back in the mail to them. They decided to refund us the $225 and we did receive it quickly. I guess the other $89 was to make a buck. We are terribly disappointed. I really believe this is one of the only companies out there who are interested in your home comfort and not just selling you a system. Check out their web site. For all the professionalism and sincerity in your home comfort espoused by them, they utterly failed us. We're not sure what happened on their part because we were never able to speak to Bill again since the time he came out in April. We cannot recommend these folks because we have been totally and absolutely slighted by the owner. Maybe they are homophobic? Maybe they are so absorbed in counting their profits they don't care what their customers think. Maybe it's been such a busy summer for them that if they let a few customers fall through the cracks it's alright? Maybe Bill has been so busy building up his business not everyone counts? I do know they did us wrong and by principle we can't use them.

It went very well. From the initial phone call until the tech left. The tech was outstanding, wore shoe covers every time he came into the house took them off every time he went outside. Very polite. Understood what he was there for and what we needed from him. Arrived on time, was expedient in delivering service and conducting the work to be done. Explained what he was going to do and showed me how the system was made to operate.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. VERY THOROUGH AND DILIGENT IN KEEPING ME UP TO DATE ON THE STATUS OF THE PROJECT. THE WORK TOOK EXACTLY AS LONG AS THEY QUOTED. THEY DID A QUALITY JOB ON THE WORK AND, AS MENTIONED IN ANOTHER POST, CLEANED EVERYTHING UP VERY WELL. I DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE AC UNIT AFTER INSTALLATION, BUT THEY WERE QUICK TO COME OUT AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

I ASKED TWO COMPANIES FOR ESTIMATES. THEY SOLD ME A BETTER SYSTEM FOR $3,000 LESS. THEY PUT IN A HUMIDIFIER FOR ME FOR FREE. THEY LEFT THE AREA CLEANER THAN THEY FOUND IT. THEY WOULD PUT BOOTIES ON THEIR FEET WHEN THEY WOULD COME IN MY HOUSE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND I AM NOT EASILY IMPRESSED.
