"Steve and his team were GREAT to us.  Rick came to our home at the date Scheduled was on time, and ready to work.  He was the nicest guy had full respect and got the job Done!  He was clean and motivated to complete the job.  He is a One Man Army! Steve also came to our home after Rick and completed the top coat of the floor, which gives a goof feeling the Boss gets his hands dirty.  They were done with the Floor within the two days of he week.  We were asked not to walk on the floor till the Thursday to let it dry.  After that we also had them come in and do our storage.  Rick came again with a helper \\/sand they were on time again as Steve was and they were ready to work, they completed putting the shelf's together and putting them up in no time.  They all had manors and respect for us and our home, being on time was a plus and just the overall way they worked.  We couldn't be happier.  We recommend if you want the job done right the first time with no delay and in a way you don't have to wait forever you should contact Steve and his team ASAP.  We will defiantly be contacting them in the future to add the great work they have done already!

"DeMayo Tile did the entire installation on a roughly entire 1900 square foot house. This work covered the following: 1) Remove carpeting, install plank laminate flooring, and floor baseboards 2) Install bathroom tile flooring and floor baseboards I would recommend DeMayo Tile. I love the way the floors looks and the job that was done. Mike also found underlying issues (like a leaking pipe) that might not have been discovered until well after the installation was completed. Total cost $10,450.00"

Flooring Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can technically make a crawl space liveable, but the only way to do so is by converting it into a basement. While some crawl spaces are big enough to walk through and store large items, they lack appropriate insulation and space to be liveable.

Like any other type of flooring, you will need to keep up with regular maintenance on your epoxy floors to keep them in the best shape possible; however, it is not like hardwood floors inside a house, which require special care and more consistent maintenance.

Just make sure you use the right cleaning tools and solutions. Avoid using harsh tools like scrub brushes or hard-bristled brooms. You should also skip cleaners that are highly acidic, including white vinegar.

These are two different questions. The most budget-friendly flooring option for a bathroom is waterproof luxury vinyl, but installing vinyl flooring is a fairly extensive DIY project best left to homeowners with a lot of confidence and experience. When you hire your local flooring company to do the hard work for you, you can focus on simply figuring out which type of floor will work best for your needs and stylistic preferences.

The best flooring for radiant heat systems is tile, including porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone. These materials are excellent heat conductors, retain warmth well, and are waterproof, which prevents mold or rot in case of leaks from a hydronic system. Unlike wood, they do not pose a fire safety risk if the heating system overheats. Ceramic tile is a particularly popular choice as it is inexpensive, easy to install, and available in many styles, making it ideal for spaces like bathrooms. Other flooring types that work well with radiant heat include laminate, engineered wood, and vinyl. If you are installing radiant heating over a concrete slab, especially in a basement, it is advisable to install a vapor barrier first to prevent issues with moisture and condensation.

Whether you install flooring before or after kitchen cabinets depends primarily on the type of flooring you are using. For materials like hardwood, tile, and sheet flooring, the best practice is to install the flooring first. This ensures the cabinets are installed at the correct height and on a stable surface. However, you should not install cabinets on top of floating floors, such as laminate or luxury vinyl plank (LVP). These types of flooring need room to expand and contract with temperature and humidity changes. Placing heavy cabinets on top can restrict this movement, potentially causing the floor to buckle and making the cabinets unstable. For floating floors, install the cabinets first and then lay the flooring up to them. Other reasons to consider installing cabinets before the flooring include saving money on materials (since you won't need flooring under the cabinets) and avoiding potential damage to your new floor during cabinet installation. Additionally, installing cabinets directly on the subfloor might prevent voiding your flooring's warranty.
