Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. "Paul came over to inspect existing conditions and provide two options on replacement equipment. I chose to go with the Navien NCB-240E unit to replace both water heater and boiler since both were at or near the end of service life. Installation was scheduled for about 2 weeks later, and Paul's crew show up on time, and proceeded to make quick work of the demo, in a clean and safe manner. The new Navien unit hangs on a wall, and after spending the rest of the day repiping and rewiring, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the free space where my old units used to reside, and the extremely neat and compact installation now condensed in a small corner of my basement. Very please with the efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism of Paul's crew, and would definitely hire them again."
