"Hired Matthew Lin owner and operator of The Finish Guy LLC for a basement renovation. We had a detailed contract with a payment schedule . Matt requested a $25,000 deposit we gave it to He was trying to request another $20,000 by day number 4 of the job , going against his own contract . He never came to the job site and checked on his men . He wasn?t given us proper material that was promised in our contract trying to give us cheaper items then what we had outlined in our contract !! He forged my fiancé?s signature on the plumbing, electrical and fire permits, lying, putting all his contact information were is should be the homeowner info LIEING trying to say the homeowner was doing all their own work . I?m limited as to how many words I can write in this review ! Ultimately, we took them to court. He was ordered to pay us back $12,500 He defaulted on payment schedule. I had to put a lien against him."

"Gary is the epitome of trash, he will use his job title of Fire department chief to persuade you that he is for the community and the people. He has not held up his end of the bargain and quite frankly i think he took advantage of my elder mom and crippled father. He fell short on nearly everything- he hasn?t come back to rectify any of the problems that were brought to his attention and at this time nearly everyone in my house hold is walking in the kitchen with shoes and slippers because the tiles he layed down are cracked and the grout didn?t last more than a month !! He has lied on several occasions and said someone would be here. I have went to his office on multiple occasions as i work across the street. His son told me someone would be back in a month to rectify. Nothing is more disappointing than putting your savings or hard earned money towards something faulty. Gary if your reading this i have absolutely no clue how you sleep at night "

"TNN managed our new construction and land development project from scratch. Tim caught MANY errors by the Engineer and Architect before they could become a problem. He made many great suggestions to elevate our original plans. Work quality is great and they take pride in everything they do. Nick did an amazing job on our trapezoid windows and carpentry work. We highly reccommed TNN and will continue to use them for the next phase of our project (garage) We would be happy to provide a reference and even show the work they completed for our project. "It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. I had called her because I wanted to keep it local, you know I called the contractor right in town here. On the other side of the island, northwell, and he didn't show up. And anyway, this person is Fred Quigley. He was the most personable. Response like that, and I was just like I was already sold, but then you know I could tell he knew what he was doing. And then he proved it by an excellent job. The helpers were also very respectful."

"Kingdom Contracting did an excellent job in renovating our master bedroom and bath,along with painting our other two bathrooms . They provided helpful suggestions on improvements and answered all questions very professionally. We were impressed with their overall knowledge and experience. Their workmanship was exacting. They were punctual and neverr rushed through their work. They always left the area clean and neat at the end of the workday. Privingwas very fsir and reasonable.
