The garage included electric, cement, roofing, and custom shelves, all of which Bill and his team were able to provide. His team showed up on time every morning and got the work done on the agreed-upon timeline. Bill was easy to work with an accommodated several special requests and his team did a fantastic job on the project. I would hire him again for any construction or home improvement needs!"

"Contacted National Home Improvements regarding leaking patio roof and no follow up response to issue since last year of April 2023. Still awaiting to hear back. Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. They clearly don't care about taking care of their customers. I would never hire National Home Improvements again!!!"

"Hired Matthew Lin owner and operator of The Finish Guy LLC for a basement renovation. We had a detailed contract with a payment schedule . Matt requested a $25,000 deposit we gave it to He was trying to request another $20,000 by day number 4 of the job , going against his own contract . He never came to the job site and checked on his men . He wasn?t given us proper material that was promised in our contract trying to give us cheaper items then what we had outlined in our contract !! He forged my fiancé?s signature on the plumbing, electrical and fire permits, lying, putting all his contact information were is should be the homeowner info LIEING trying to say the homeowner was doing all their own work . I?m limited as to how many words I can write in this review ! Ultimately, we took them to court. He was ordered to pay us back $12,500 He defaulted on payment schedule. I had to put a lien against him."

"Inson is a creative genius with a superb eye. He did everything with meticulous detail and completely transformed our apartment into an amazing, gorgeous home. We enjoy entertaining, and our friends love coming over, always remarking how beautiful and inviting our home is- and that was exactly what we wanted, except Inson brilliantly upgraded our concept, within budget and on time (even with our aggressive timeline because we needed to be out of our old place and into our new within months!). "It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. I had called her because I wanted to keep it local, you know I called the contractor right in town here. On the other side of the island, northwell, and he didn't show up. And anyway, this person is Fred Quigley. He was the most personable. Response like that, and I was just like I was already sold, but then you know I could tell he knew what he was doing.
