We have since resolved our dispute and I wish to make it clear that the reason I contracted them in the first place was because of their published ratings and extensive experience in different areas of construction. Since the project was canceled and I have had no real working experience with the firm, it may be a bit unfair to label them as a low rate construction company; therefore, I am withdrawing my initial low rating."

"My mother's gas fireplace has not worked in years. I called four different companies including the manufacturer to come look at it. The first one couldn't figure out what was wrong, the other two wouldn't even come out to service. Then I received a call from Stephen and he told me he could come out the next day. He came out looked at it, told me it needed a new part and gave me an estimate. He recommended and instructed how to clean up the inside while waiting for the part. Within 3 weeks he installed new parts and we are enjoying our fire on cool days rather than heating the entire house. The cost was reasonable, his service was professional, polite and personable."

"This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway.
