"Due to the pandemic only outside pest control was carried out. Carpenter ants, spiders and such were addressed. I have a yearly plan. I have had their fabulous service for at least 6 years. This is the first time they didn’t treat indoor space but in the past they could be very thorough using essential oils that had a pleasant smell that dissipates and does the job extremely well. It is safe for humans and pets alike. Their service people from arranging an appointment to the professional who does the actual service are excellent."

"The company respond quickly to my Angie's list request for a quote. I did remind them of the 5% discount for Angie members. The amount quoted was then lowered. I really appreciated how the representative took time to check with his manager to ensure I was given the lower amount. I received a call to set up the appointment but I didn't answer right away because I did not recognize the caller. I returned the call but the person answering did not have information about who had called me. However, the person who I have first been in contacted got in touch with me and all issues were resolved. The invoice bill did arrive in the mail and the wrong amount was written. But the person who I was communicating via Angie list made sure everything was corrected. This should me that the company will take steps to make sure their customers are treated with the most highly respect and professionalism. "The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.
