"First off, let me say I am a dog lover. I have had several dogs in my lifetime and would never do anything to harm anyone's pet in anyway. The way you described the incident that happened is untrue. You answered your door and asked me to come into your home. Your three dogs looked very friendly and I assumed since you turned away from me that I was supposed to follow you and that your dogs were trained not to jump up on people. As soon as I walked in your door, the three dogs jumped up and started scratching my legs. Not that its any of your business, but I have a medical condition where if my legs get scratched, it could cause severe problems. You should have control of your dogs at all times if youre going to let someone enter your home. The fact that I was pushing the dogs away with my feet was a reflex that I had no control over. I was simply protecting myself. In the future I would recommend that you put your dogs in a separate room if youre going to invite any service technicians in to your home to do any type of work."
"Our annual inspection that comes with each warranty renewal is only a visual inspection that takes about 15 minutes, as was explained. We have visited this home for the past 13 years and the same inspection process has been performed each time. If evidence of termites was found, we would have treated the home accordingly at no cost as guaranteed. Please note on your invoice that our tech explained that no termites or termite evidence were found. Please also note that your home has been termite free and has not needed any retreatment since it was originally treated."
"We are responding to this criticism of our service because we feel its very unfair of the homeowner. Just to be clear, before we started the service we gave the price to the homeowner's wife which she agreed to. After spending close to an hour and a half outside doing the carpenter ant treatment, we came inside to do complete the work and he refused to pay the agreed upon amount, stating that since he was a good customer he should only have to pay 25% of the price. He had no warranty which expired close to two years earlier and then expects our company to honor his old warranty. Let it be known that we did finally agree that he would only pay the price that he was previously paying for and still he is not happy. Unfortunately these things happen in business and we try to avoid situation like this which is why we always give a price before we start service."
