Definitely will be calling again if I have any other issues. A friend referred me to My Philly Special after I told them I had some heater issues. My chimney had a load of dirt and even a dead bird inside of it messing up the exhaust on my heater. Technician Eric came out gave me a great deal, lined my chimney, put a cap of some sort on the roof to stop water and birds from getting in, and even serviced my heater to get me up and running!!! Incredible work all around. Thank you guys.

I had dillion and Eric out because I had a serious mouse problem, they were able to find the source of the issue, they were able to seal up my whole house, catch these guys, get rid of them all and remove them as well. It's been 2 months now and I haven't had a single critter!! I highly recommend using them!
