"Tom is a master craftsman, with impressive work ethic. Tom showed up at exactly 8 AM and worked diligently all day. His work product was excellent, having measured and installed a replacement tile floor and curb with a perfect fit - allowing replacement of custom frameless glass doors that had only 1/8 inch variation. (The original glass company did the removal / installation of the glass panels.) I would hire Tom again and heartily recommend him to others."

"All we can say is WOW! Puglisi did an incredible job on our gut-renovated kitchen, power room and mudroom addition. The amount of detail and care in making sure every inch was perfect was honestly very impressive and refreshing. You hear so many horror stories about contractors, but Daniele and Cristina were the complete opposite. They truly cared about the project, our family and the disruption that it caused while living through a Reno of this size (with a toddler and two animals, none the less). They were extremely punctual, honest, quick to respond to questions and just generally a joy to work with. They're excellent at what they do and are really good people as well, which is very rare. And, their crew was top notch. Master tile workers, carpenters, structural and framing experts, etc. They also understood how to retain the integrity of an old house. I can keep going here. LOL. We will definitely be calling them back for all of our home renovations in the future, and encourage anyone who's reading this to get on their schedule ASAP!"

Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot.
