"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"We've scheduled the job to begin in mid April. David was the first to call. He arrived on time with a large number of samples and good information. He was professional and gave us a very competitive price. He also recommended a flooring store where we were able to borrow planks of flooring to try in home. Their rep was great and while they did not have the exact match for what we had in mind, I credit them with helping us focus on the brand and color and material. We found exactly what we were looking for at Costco at a price that would have been hard to beat and we now have 21 boxes of laminate sitting on the floor pending installation.
