Mr. Handyman and Ron Potesky's team turned an attic into a bedroom with A/C and heat, built a closet, replaced major kitchen appliances, replaced carpeting, replaced all smoke and CO2 detectors, re-wired ceiling fans, painted all interior walls, powewashed the deck and vinyl fence, then painted the deck, removed and donated or disposed of all furniture and personal items of the tenant. The team coordinated all appointments of city inspectors and professional sanitization of a very dirty space. When Mr Handyman was done, the intetior of the house looked like something out of Better Homes and Gardens! The team could be totally trusted with the housekeys. They coordinated with the realtor and the house sold in one week end!!! "My experience was mediocre at best with this company. They were very good with starting the work. Towards the end of completion, they had one day that was a no show. I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."

Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection.
