Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. "We were putting in a patio that would have covered some of the in ground sprinklers. We were not sure rather to take them out before they actually did the work. They came out, and explained to me what had to be done. They checked out where the sprinklers were at, and marked them. They were very nice about it. I have a contract with them. By pre paying in advance I get one free visit with them."
