He inspected all my furniture and asked where else I would like him to look. Thankfully, he did not find any bedbugs, but gave me great advice about how to spot and avoid them showing me an illustration of what the life cycle of a bed bug looks like and where to find them. The proceeds to ask me to sign a yearly contract. Then around 1:30 pm I receive a text message which I just saw telling me they won?t be here till tomorrow. Canceled and blocked my credit card. Talk about a great way to waste a new clients day. I called Kapture and they sent a guy out the same day. I will be using Kapture for my bee issue. "
