"Jamie was my Ace guy. He called ahead to see if he could come a little early. Okay on that. Very polite, pleasant representative for Ace. Explained all the repair (3) options and I chose one. He did that. And I'm back doing my business - so to speak. Price seemed okay, too. Ace had estimated on my first phone call. Finished price was close and seemed fair enough. Jamie's work was fast and clean. It works well now. To be comfortable dealing with a plumber is kind of exceptional. Ace is now my plumber. And Jamie is my technician. Need plumbing?
