We expanded the original job to include replacing the floors throughout the downstairs, putting in a new bathroom, installing a new water heater, rebuilding a closet, fixing our heater/circuit board and replacing the thermostats. "Nick gave us the great solution to the problem of our cracking bathroom tile to use laminent planking over the tile. This solved the problem of an uneven slab underneath that was causing the cracking. The floating floor went over it and now that the job is done it looks great and we don't have to worry about cracking anymore. It was the most cost effective solution for the problem. "It was a very nice experience and I would hire JML Cleanup again. They picked up a washer and dryer from a relatives home and delivered, carried up a flight of stairs, and installed. Of course I did not measure the washer dryer to see if they would fit in the room. they made the units fit because there was a space issue. The job was done to my satisfaction. Very happy."
