We called late on a Friday night after realizing our kitchen faucet was leaking. Jerry was very helpful on the phone and arranged for us to have Sam come first thing in the morning and before our company arrived to install the new faucet. Both Jerry and Sam, couldn't have been more helpful and nicer. The cost was exactly what was quoted and they really helped us out quickly when we needed it. Sam and Jerry, thank you. You've earned us as customers! If you're hesitant to use them, don't be. You'll be glad you did.

Easy to talk to. Good explanations and choices. Jamie was my plumber and was well informed, pleasant demeanor, worked fast and clean. Best experience I've had in ears. What more can I say about the mysteries of plumbing: hire him (Ace) Price on the low side but allthese service are expensive anyway. Use the Home Advisor site to get ready for hiring.

Jamie was my Ace guy. He called ahead to see if he could come a little early. Okay on that. Very polite, pleasant representative for Ace. Explained all the repair (3) options and I chose one. He did that. And I'm back doing my business - so to speak. Price seemed okay, too. Ace had estimated on my first phone call. Finished price was close and seemed fair enough. Jamie's work was fast and clean. It works well now. To be comfortable dealing with a plumber is kind of exceptional. Ace is now my plumber. And Jamie is my technician. Need plumbing? Call Ace, they're okay. (Techs who do the work should have business cards to leave for customers to do referrals.)

Excellent service fixing a stainless steel sink which had dropped from the granite countertop. The sink was only glued but is now securely attached and no more leaks.

I called Ace for a minor leak in the water line pipe. The work was professional. The technician gave me a lot of tips and what to watch out for. The interaction was really good. I won't hesitate to give them a call for in the future!

Over charged for time needed to complete job. JOB was simply to repipe water and gas lines for each heater . Plumber spent 4 hrs on a 1 hr job. Called owner to survey work and he okayed sloppy job and time. Owner was arrogant and told me he usually doesn't handle small jobs.
