"Cesar and his team did an excellent job on a complicated kitchen remodel. They removed and replaced a tile floor and backsplash, installed appliances including an integrated refrigerator, installed sink, removed wallpaper and painted, put in new molding, and some electrical upgrades. Nick was always available via text/phone and answered all our questions throughout the job. They replaced a tiled shower floor and fixed a porch ceiling due to a leak. "Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"Our travertine floor was in pretty bad shape: stains, cracks, big holes, etc. We had given up on “fixing” the floor and were thinking of gutting the entire floor and putting in new tiles. THAT would have been a major undertaking. Then came along Bill Ludwig. We found him through HomeAdvisor. Bill was very confident that he could clean/polish/seal the floor and took on the challenge of “fixing” the floor, all 1489 sq. ft. of it! Bill did a fantastic job. As they say – the proof is in the pudding. Please see attached before and after pictures. Bill was professional, courteous, on time. He takes personal pride in the work he does and does not consider the job done until he and the client are completely satisfied. I highly recommend Bill for tile cleaning/restoration work."

"Keith and Grant were professional and great to work with. We hired Built-Well to install a deck. They were patient and explained various options and designs and were responsive to all of our questions. The end product was better than we had envisioned at the beginning. They had great suggestions and fixes for issues that came up during the construction. We were also installing a pergola roof, side shades, heaters and fans and they were available to coordinate with the other installers. We had left over deck material and they built a great flower pot along the side of the deck. Prices were reasonable and fair compared to other quotes we got. Even with the craziness of supply disruptions and prices increases in 2020 they stuck to their initial proposal. I will definitely hire them for any future work and would recommend them to anyone."
