Excellent service. Very accommodating. Highly recommend.
"Service was excellent. Scott was responsive, a good listener to what was needed and was interested in making sure I was pleased with his overall work. I’d use him again for any of his other services as well."
"Everything went great!! I was pleased with their service and professionalism. They work hard and get the job done right. Thanks again guys, couldn't have asked for a big job to be completed any other way then by using this company."
"Bill from Pizzazz was awesome! It felt like dealing with an old friend. He was courteous, personable and very friendly! He was available to answer all my questions and when he wasn't available he returned my calls quickly. He even took it well when I wanted to change the color we had picked for one of the rooms! He gives great advice on what colors will look best where and color combinations to coordinate. His two workers were amazing as well. They were always here on time and kept a very clean workspace. They paid such close attention to detail, it was impressive! This is coming from a very picky person who is very detail oriented so that means a lot! I can't say enough great things about them and the work they performed. I would highly recommend them to someone who is looking for exceptional service! One thing to keep in mind is that they may be priced higher than competitors but I have found over the years that you get what you pay for. I would hire them again tomorrow if we needed any more work done! "
"Project was delayed multiple times. We were originally promised a start date right around Thanksgiving. That came and went, as they were severely back logged with jobs and needed to push us back. New date set for right before Christmas, no good still backed up. We moved to the week after, no good still. Rescheduled again for New Year's Eve, started to pull the roof and then they realized "wait no dumpster can come on New Year's Eve." The crew packed up and headed out after about an hour, said they would be back after New Year's. They came back and finished up the project in a few days. Although the project still wasn't 100% complete as they ran out of capping materials right at the end. They said they would be back to finish, which turned into about 3 weeks. So the project wasn't 100% finished until near the end of January. We signed a contract right before Hurricane Sandy and we weren't finished up until late January, nearly 3 months later. All the while we had pipe flanges and chimney flashing leaking with every storm. Each of these delays was usually made to known to us either the day work was supposed to begin or even the day after. Needless to say, the effort to try and accommodate their continually changing schedule proved frustrating and tiresome. It just became ridiculous after a while. The quality of work was fine, but their responsiveness and punctuality left little to be desired. I can't say I would recommend them because of it. I had high hopes as they came out right before the hurricane to try and seal our pipe flanges with very late notice, and I was impressed with that. "
"4th time I've used Roswell Gutter Cleaning Service. Very happy with their performance. They even cleaned all the twigs and debris off my roof brought down by recent storms. I highly recommend them."
