We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. "They come out and provide estimate, on time, when work started they arrived later in the AM than expected but no specific time was set. They installed fence after I showed them where to install. Came home that night to a VERY crooked section of fence. I called they came out next day and fixed it. Installer was very nice."
