"I like to highly recommend Mike Humenik and son, not to be confused with M and M Construction (from the Jersey shore). Mike completed an addition on our residence within the allotted budget. We added over 1200 square feet to the back of our home, thereby adding 10 new areas for use (including a 30-foot ramp, a storm room, 30-foot Trex-like rape, and numerous skylights). Mike worked with our architect and over 40 people (subcontractors and crews) to complete this 4.5-month effort, in time. All of the subcontractors were very friendly and competent craftsmen.
