We added over 1200 square feet to the back of our home, thereby adding 10 new areas for use (including a 30-foot ramp, a storm room, 30-foot Trex-like rape, and numerous skylights). Mike worked with our architect and over 40 people (subcontractors and crews) to complete this 4.5-month effort, in time. All of the subcontractors were very friendly and competent craftsmen. Issues were dealt with immediately. As a side note, Mike honored his guarantee by absorbing the cost of completely an error committed by one of the subcontractors. We would definitely call up Mike again as he is an honorable General Contractor."
