"THE STRING RIPPED on our PELLA WINDOW which has an ENCLOSED SHADE, therefore the shade was totally inoperable. Everything else was working 100% on our bathroom casement window... just the blind string was broken, but Pella no longer services repairs on the shades of their 20+ year old windows! They suggested finding a blind repair company, or buying an entirely new $4000 window! After extensive searching for a company to repair the shade, and multiple rejects, Jacob Shemech of NORTH JERSEY BLINDS came to our rescue! We cannot say enough praises for Jacob Shemech! He is a very very nice person to work with. Right away Jacob said the blind was completely repairable and, after inspecting the window, replacing the window would not be necessary at all! Jacob was able to completely repair the blind, and replaced ALL the strings. All for a very reasonable price. He is an expert engineer, and a delightful man.
