Everyone is so professional and seamless installation process. I don t like people in my home and I am PICKY (OCD) about keeping things cleaning. This team kept everything SPOTLESS in drilling holes in the concrete and steel. Dust from drilling never touched the floor and never floated away into the air of my apt. I was impressed and not stressed about cleanup because there was absolutely nothing for me to do accept watch and say thank you. My heavy curtains are secure in place, hanging from the ceiling, perfectly and beautifully. I have always done my own install, but always end up making several holes in the ceiling or wall. I wish I would have used them for every move I had previously. I ruined my sister s ceiling and walls drilling to put her curtains up. After this wonderful experience, I am paying them to fix my sister s curtain installation so she can properly enjoy her new apartment...without worrying if the curtains will fall.

Excellent service, wide variety of quality fabrics to choose from, and quality workmanship. Price was extremely fair to reupholster 6 dining room chairs including pick up and delivery. Would highly recommend.

This company did great work for us. We had dining room chair cushions recovered a a broken chair repaired. They were reliable, reasonable and had wonderful people working for them. We are very satisfied with this company.

They were on time. Very professional and extremely nice. Not only that but they cleaned up after themselves and went out of their way to throw the boxes away in the trash room. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

They are a complete company, kept in touch with me as to their being late bc of an emergency repair elsewhere and I appreciate that. They actually had to work in the dark and supplied their own light, electricity, etc. They placed a tarp down prior to work and that, to me, is great. Because they did have to be detained even longer, they cut my rate by $50. I'd hire them again and do recommend them to others.

They were easy to work with

I was disappointed to learn when the men left that they left the boxes with the old curtain rods in the driveway and I had to empty them and break down the boxes. I am disabled and it was a job doing it myself. If they had informed me in the beginning I would have told them where to put the rods and the boxes.

The work was professionally done and as a result hired the company to do another job.

Alex and his partner were terrific. I had a few challenges for them and they came thru with flying colors. They were professional, clean and informative. Great work guys!

Poor quality of work, inability to provide a satisfactory result - recovering a leather sofa. Mainly a window treatment company. They attempted several times to rectify the situation, but in the end were not capable. The price point was good, but I will have to spend additionally to fix the sofa, if possible. I contacted the owner, but received no response.

Windows 25 did an excellent job upholstering my old chair and a half. Their staff was polite and efficient- and patient while I chose the fabric! Thank you for a beautiful chair! Will use again!

My Experience with Natalina Custom Drapery started out great and ended miserably. They turned around the installation quickly and worked in my time table. The horror started with the installation. They came in and were not carfull with the fabric, laying it haphazarly so the silk wrinkled. They installed the hardware inproperly, did not use drywall anchors so it is already comming out of the wall, didn't bring the steamer as promised so the curtains could not be hung. they did take the curtains, steamed them, and brought them back, they did not fix the placement nor hang the drapes. I already gave them a second chance.

They were professional, delivered in the time frame they quoted, everything came in as ordered, and they were priced competitively. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jennifer Duneier
