"Mike was great to work with. I hired him to renovate my primary bedroom and bath. While the bedroom only needed a basic refresh, the bathroom was a full gut remodel including moving fixtures and windows. During the course of the project, we encountered many problems with infrastructure from prior remodels. He fixed all structural problems, electrical updates, and installed a new window which also required re-shingling the outside of my home and matching the existing exterior paint. He has a remarkable attention to detail, and all work was completed to a high standard. His worked passed all inspections on the first try. He also has a deep rolodex of excellent subcontractors for every piece of the work. The project took longer than anticipated (some of which was due to my schedule, change orders, and delays in materials I ordered), but he was on site every day and was in constant communication with me on every detail. He worked clean and took care with my home throughout the process."

I called them the morning after losing power in a snowstorm to see if they could install a 30AMP/240VAC inlet plug on my house to run the generator through. Not only did they take the job, but Cynthia spent the next day trying to help me find the very hard to find parts I needed during the storm. She really went above and beyond for a customer she has never met and has never worked with before. Once I had everything I needed, they were at my house within a couple of hours and had me set up and power back on in my house. The work was done quickly and professional and the price was great. Jay and Carlos were friendly, walked me through what they had done and how everything worked. I will definitely be using Ryland again. Great experience all the way around in a difficult situation."
