"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

Harvey the owner & his excellent team were professional, punctual & attentative to every detail in building my beautiful handicap TREX brown boards & Grey metal railings ramp to my front door. This fantastic company also closed in my screen house for the rain & possibly snow cold winter months with this beautiful design of Plexiglass. His team also completed odd jobs of installing two door bells, replaced damaged tiles in my kitchen & installed tinting sheets on four kitchen windows which I love. "Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"I hired 4x4 Home Improvements on several occasions and I've been very happy with their work and versatile skill set. It's the only company I now call for all my home repairs and improvements. Tony replaced or repaired all windows in my house, installed hardwood floor in my rental unit and built a beautiful new porch. He is a great carpenter who can handle various jobs such as plumbing, electrical and much more. Abel is also very capable, installing my outdoor flood lights, and replacing my leaky galvanized pipes in the basement with PVC and copper pipes. When my main sewer line was backed up he used a sewer camera to diagnose the problem. He also replaced my toilets and bathroom hardware fixtures. And finally Henry painted my living and dining room area. This company is reliable, competitively priced, doing an excellent job. I would highly recommend them! "

The operator who made the appointment was very friendly and helpful. The technician Joey was very knowledgeable and friendly. He is an asset to your company! "I had an emergency plumbing situation and Jamie was absolutely brilliant. He came promptly within an hour of submitting my request and it was after hours. He was immediately able to identify the issue and suggest a corrective action. Jamie waited patiently as we spent time deciding if we wanted to follow his recommendation. All of my valves we leaking around the apartment so it was a chaotic afternoon after work and Jaime stayed absolutely calm, patient, and professional. He helped control the issue and suggest a solution to help maintain the situation overnight then came back and finished the job. Very responsive with great service and workmanship. I Recommend him to everyone I know."
