"Excellent HVAC and Solar installation services! They did a great job installing a new HVAC system for us a few years ago, so we sought their services again for Solar installation. They were very professional both times: provided pricing right away, technicians were polite, and job was completed in a thorough yet efficient manner. Jobs well done!"

Replacing an outdoor air conditioner with a high efficiency, consumer reported top rated American Standard unit. Level, wired properly, and completed beyond code and required standards. Thank goodness for a team that cares and loves what they do AND our customers.
Great technicians who have amazing skill and are just good humans too.

"Provided a detailed estimate,, had some trouble with the installation, worked through the rain and cool weather to complete the repair. Had to call out extra help to complete the project. Spent several extra hours installing the water pump and completed the project the same day at the estimated cost."

Customers say: Quick response

"We received excellent service from NILES HULL, who performed a pipe repair for a hose attachment in our driveway. The job was $533, and was done well, with pleasant, knowledgeable service. I highly recommend Harris as we've used them for many plumbing and electric projects in recent years. NILES HULL was knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to detail. They stand behind their work. "They did great, and my dryer vent is not easy. I have a Cathedral Ceiling in the living room. The dryer vent goes at least 13 ft up from the dryer. They gave me a time from 11-1 of when they would be here, and they were here at 11.  I have used them for years. I have had people inspect their work, and after telling them who did it they always told me they are "Really good". They are a little expensive, but well worth it for the quality of their work. I have a yearly service contract with them."

Install Boiler questions, answered by experts

Professionals can recommend efficient layouts or appliances and ensuring regulatory compliance.

DIY is not recommended due to safety risks and technical expertise required. Hire licensed professionals.

There are several types of home radiators, and the most common are steam heat radiators, electric radiators, and dual-fuel radiators. Steam heat radiators are connected to a boiler. Electric radiators can operate without being connected to anything else—they just need an electrical outlet. If you have a dual-fuel radiator, you’ll see a valve at the bottom of the system with a wire coming out of it and going into a wall. These are often your towel radiators in the bathroom. The type of radiator you have will impact how you turn it on.

If you want a new boiler that’s going to help lower your fuel bills, you should buy one that has a high energy-efficiency rating. For example, a boiler that is rated “A” uses at least 90% of the energy created by the boiler. And in order to enjoy the best performance, it’s important to have it installed properly by a highly-rated tech.

No, there isn’t always water in radiators. In a one-pipe system, water is constantly circulating from the boiler to the radiators and back. In a two-pipe system, water travels through two separate channels: one that goes to your radiators and one that returns back to the boiler so it can heat up again.
