"Trenton Roofing is simply an amazing company from start to finish. 1.5 years ago I did a roofing project with them and Brian the technical sales rep did not do the typical U.S. sales approach by sitting together and putting pressure on you to make an immediate decision. He even did his measurements while I was absent and just sent me over a quote which I directly accepted and the work was again done while I was on vacation. Totally great job and everything was handled with car. At that time I also asked for an estimate for new gutters but I wanted to have them replaced AFTER the solar panels have been installed again and this year I wanted to get it done.I used the old quote, placed the order, got confirmed but - and now the best - within the 72 hours cancellation period I decided different and I just met Brian without any hard feeling from his side we cancelled the job and my down payment was immediately reimbursed! "We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"Had stormdamage,called Impriano(installed roof 27 yrs ago)for repair.Kevin came, he thought the shingles were discontinued.A couple hrs later he confirmed & recommended contacting insurance to start a claim & advised the sales department to set up appointment.Sales rep Brendan came a few days later & gave estimate to replace the roof. He was informative,not pushy,no long presentation required,but all the necessary info was supplied.The insurance process took time.Although insurance only covered the front,due to age we decided on total replacement.Brendan was extremely helpful, supplying detailed lists of the items necessary. His help brought the reimbursement up to the actual cost of the loss.Our job was big, took 2 days, The crew worked hard to be sure there would be no issues overnight & were back 7 the 2nd day,Saturday.1st thing Monday, gutter crew came to reinstall gutters,couple days later electrician came to secure wiring from the attic fan we removed. "In 2017, I contracted with them via Pepco because the 2nd floor rooms were hotter than the rest of the house, costing me greater A/C expenses. I worked with them on an energy audit to the upstairs bedrooms, removal of the acoustic ceiling tile in one room, addition/improvement of insulation, sealing in kneewalls, installation of new ceiling, insulation in the basement, and a follow-up energy audit. The auditor was very prompt and friendly but the workers didn't do an good job. The contractor was flaky. The HVAC crew were sloppy. The drywall installer/carpenter did a low-grade job by using low grade wood for the knee wall doors, and he set the ceiling inappropriately for house settling (now there are cracks between ceiling and walls). The energy audit following the work showed improvement but I'll need additional solutions to get the house to a more efficient state. I shared my disappointment with them and in 2018 they refinished cracking drywall ceiling without charge and replaced the doors - still not quality. They were bought by Minnick's, with whom in 2019 I scheduled an estimate for additional HVAC solutions for the upstairs. Minnick's jerked me around, never gave a complete estimate (I had to keep asking if it included what we discussed) and the estimate was exponentially more pricey than others and they proposed a solution that wouldn't solve the problem. I wouldn't recommend them at all."
