The sales call was scheduled right away and the sales rep was prompt; left a detailed estimate with drawings, etc. I called them after they had finalized the estimate and told them I had an Angie's list coupon and they took that amount right off the total, no problem. They came on the day and at the time they said they would. Confirmed every aspect of the job with me before the proceeded and cleaned up when they were finished.
