"We noticed water pouring over gutters during hurricane Isaias and called Better Gutters thinking that they may need to be repaired. While there they noticed that the mesh gutter guards we had installed years ago to keep the gutters clean were overgrown with moss which was clogging the gutters. Scott suggested that we have the mesh removed and the gutters and downspouts cleaned. We had them do this and were completely satisfied with the work they did. They were professional, courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would gladly recommend to others."

I always previously told by Homestar that the water stains I was seeing in the ceiling in a few locations was due to the ridge vents that needed to be replaced. And that I needed a new roof with a 40k estimate for the roof. Micheal showed up and advised the leaks were from nail pops and the ridge vent and shingles were all fine. He provided photos and explained more will probably pop but the best option was to replace the faulty ones for now and check for any new next year. Finally a responsive, polite professional not looking to rip people off from the get go."

"Mike Suerman came and reviewed the job came well prepared with thier gutter guards answered all of my mother's questions as well as follow up one from me. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for new gutters or guards. Mike even made a last minute request to move 2 of the downspouts work with no problem.
