"I inquired about having my gutters cleaned. I contacted 4 vendors via Angie's list. I heard back from three of them. U-Save Gutter's price was comparable to the other vendors. I chose to contract with U-Save Gutter's because they were prompt to reply, courteous and really appreciative of the possibility to do the work. Once I decided to go with them, they were here the next day. Said they'd be here before 12 and actually showed up first thing in the morning. They were polite and professional. I live in a townhouse. Once they saw my section of gutter tied into my neighbors, they still cleaned the gutter without adjusting the price that now included my neighbors' section.
