They found an old rusty staple gun and an old water bottle blocking our gutters (probably from the roofers 20 yrs ago!!). At my request, they also accommodated a bird nesting in the back gutter with 4 eggs and will come back to complete that small area after the birds fly away!"

I always previously told by Homestar that the water stains I was seeing in the ceiling in a few locations was due to the ridge vents that needed to be replaced. And that I needed a new roof with a 40k estimate for the roof. Micheal showed up and advised the leaks were from nail pops and the ridge vent and shingles were all fine. He provided photos and explained more will probably pop but the best option was to replace the faulty ones for now and check for any new next year.
