All of the products they showed us were Energy Star rated and approved, which was impressive. Their employees are professionals; the quality of their work is exceptional. During the in-home demonstration it was clear this is a quality product. My husband and I were sold. We immediately filled out a credit application; we were approved and got the work done the following week. We cant be happier with our decision. The install crew was amazing. These guys left our home in immaculate condition. Joe, the foreman, absolutely took his time and did a perfect job. He is meticulous. The guys who showed up to do the install were so nice and polite! This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had with contractors. One of the most important things about working with American Construction was that my family felt totally safe around them. We felt safe, secure and comfortable. With young children at home, the safety and comfort level was very important. We knew we could leave these employees in our house unsupervised, without any problems or concerns. "Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process.
