"This is an overdue review. I hired Bernie and his team for a kitchen remodel in June 2021, after he did an excellent job with my three bathrooms in 2020. The kitchen remodel was also excellent. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right.
