"Albert's refinished our 70-year-old floors. They now look flawlessly brand new. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. His crew did some repairs, and they are invisibly integrated into the rest of the floor. Lenny explained the process to us very well and provided a bid that made it clear what work was to be done. (Another contractor's bid was just a dollar amount on the back of his business card, leaving plenty of doubt .) Our job was completed more quickly than we expected. The work crew was punctual, and everything was left neat and clean. We are thrilled with the final product and recommend Albert's Flooring."

"Eddie and his crew did a great job on our full master bath remodel. We had it completely gutted and everything redone. I recommend them not only for the quality of work, but for the small things which set them apart from other contractors. The whole crew and all his subs worked extremely clean, they covered everything and cleaned up each day. All the workers were extremely nice and very respectful to us and our home and considerate to the fact we had a toddler running around. They have excellent attention to detail and did not cut any corners. Eddie gave us a lot of ideas through the whole process. We even had a snag at the very end with the tub fauceti bought not fitting, I was even willing to buy a new one to avoid any delays but Eddie and his plumber saw it through to the very end. The only critique I have is the communication was a little last minute sometimes. We wouldn't always know if they were working the next day until late the night before. Regardless I will be calling them for my next project and recommend you do also."

"I had 2 bedrooms painted and a complete bathroom remodeling. A new tiled shower with tub removed. Silvio started the next day after I hired him. Both projects were finished in 1 1/2 weeks. Wow!! Excellent communication with Silvio throughout. I always knew just what was going on. I was completely thrilled with the finished bathroom and so was my son. All aspects came together with each worker knowing his particular assignment. I was extremely pleased and would recommend S Mendez Construction to anyone. Thank you Silvio for a 5-star job well done! "Design for Living Contracting remodeled my old, tired kitchen and created a bright, modern space that exceeded my expectations. They provided excellent guidance on styles, and materials. The full project from demolition to finishing touches was completed ahead of schedule. All of the guys were respectful, pleasant and considerate. I appreciated their skill, attention to detail and overall quality of work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or hire them for another project in my home."

"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"Great! Jeff was very nice and helped me with the design of the extension. We added a six-foot extension to the front of the house. His workers were very respectful."
