We ordered custom cabinets for our kitchen the first week in August 2021. Most of the cabinets were mis-measured. Superior had to come back and pick them up and fix them or remake them. The second delivery of cabinets included doors that still weren't the correct size. This was the first phase of a larger remodel and set our entire project back by months. We didn't have a working kitchen from 9/27 - 12/22. It's March now and we are still missing some parts. Two cabinets (one counter to ceiling high) remain unfinished. They refuse to return calls or provide any updates on when they will return to finish the project. I understand the supply chain issues, but the refusal to return calls or work with us to figure out a solution to finishing the work is unacceptable, and unconscionable, given the amount of money we paid. At this point, it seems that our only option is to find another cabinet maker to finish the job. Over the years I've renovated several houses and worked with many contractors and service providers. This is by far the worst experience I've had.

Ryan was very professional, He had several good ideas on how to layout the kitchen and in the style that we wanted.
His prices were very close to the big manufacturers in the area, with better quality boxes.
They do not do the install, but my finish contractor was able to put them in with no problems.
a couple of minor items did not fit due to framing changes, but Ryan's crew came back and made adjustments.
After settling for a few months, a couple of doors and drawers did not close correctly, one call and a service guy was out to fix them.
Overall a pretty nice job.

This was a very frustrating experience. The final product was satisfactory. However, they were slow and several different components had to be rebuilt. In one case they did the wrong finish. Another case just had to be rebuilt. The other cases drawls were not lined up. They had factory delays. It also cost my contractor additional time. Their performance cost other providers more time, work and delay. They also do not care about customer feedback .

Note, you do have to select an independent contractor for the actual installation. The kitchen is still our joy, 3 years later. (the service date is approximate).

First, let me say you need to work with Ryan who is amazing. We live in an older home and he has helped us handle so many tricky situations involving crooked walls, uneven floors and tricky spaces. We have never had to send one cabinet back, each cabinet fit perfectly and the whole order was delivered complete and on time. Our contractor said they were easy to install. We purchase the paint grade shaker style door style and the quality is great. We love drawers instead of cabinets and their glides work great and stand up to a good amount of weight.
They offer a lifetime warranty and they will come and adjust any hinges or items you need addressing at anytime.
My only plea to them has always been to consider adding a paint option. They can refer you to a shop for spraying but we have used our own painters to do the job onsite which is not inexpensive.
We trust them so much we have never shopped the competition. The price has seemed fair and we have been so happy with them.

I had a fantastic experience with Ryan Desimone at Superior Custom Cabinets. He was highly responsive and very willing to listen to my opinion regarding exactly what I wanted.
He was very nice to deal with and easy to reach on the telephone. I called and emailed him numerous times with questions and small changes to the layout plan before it was finalized, and he did not flinch. He was pleasant and patient in explaining the pros and cons of each decision, and ultimately helped steer me to the wood choice that I absolutely love.
He was clear with his quote as well. I choose all of the upgrades on my slab cabinets and really feel that the quality is excellent. Delivery was on time.
I would use this company again.

Poor finish quality. Nicks and scratches on the cabinets. Over all quality was very subpar.

Superior's price was comparable or less than their competitors. They built us shaker style/bleached maple cabinets to go in both rooms. They are great quality and look awesome. They custom build the cabinets to your measurements instead of only offering "stock" sizes. This was a big help to us since the laundry room is an odd size and would have been difficult to complete with standard sized cabinets.

We went down to Superior Custom Cabinets to pick up the colors of wood that we like and the style of the cabinet. The over the time I had some ideas of what I wanted on those cabinets so I called them and I spoke with the person who fills with contractor orders several times in the phone and they were very helpful and patient trying to workout just what we wanted. Then they came and did a really nice job and we're very pleased with their service. They're very good to deal with.

Everything went smoothly. We just had them redo a door that had a part that was still oak, but too light for the rest of the wood. The cabinets look wonderful!

I had a great experience from day 1 with Ryan at Superior. He was super responsive to all my questions and walked me through all the details with their cabinets. I was already working with an architect so my design was already complete, but Ryan was able to take this, make a few recommendations on accessories and layout, double check the measurements, and produce a quote very quickly. I made a few changes and upgraded the cabinet drawers, boxes, and slides and it was really easy to get Ryan to make these small adjustments quickly before I placed my order.
It took about 5 weeks for everything to get built and delivered to the job site to be installed. Everything went really smooth except for a small issue that was noticed when they initially deliver the cabinets. As they were unpacking and getting the cabinets arranged, my contractor noticed the long built in bench and shelves for my island didn't look like right size (too small). Superior quickly realized this and was able to take them back to their shop and have them modified (at no cost to me) and brought back out a couple days later.
Now that the remodel is complete my kitchen looks great with the cabinets we picked out. They even came back after everything was installed / painted and tuned all the cabinets to make sure everything lined up properly. About the only request I would have of Superior is to offer some spray on paint services. They will stain your cabinets to a color of your choosing, but if you want them painted (in our case, we wanted white cabinets) that has to be done at the job site by a painting company.

Superior Cabinetry offers a great product for the price and the Dan Lyon has been professional and responsive during the process. The cabinets are due to be delivered at the end of January 2013, so I can not speak to the entire process.

I hate to write such a negative review, but working with this company turned out to be a horrible experience. Our designer, Richard Birdsong, seemed to be working with us OK during the design process. We were very involved, taking lots of our own measurements and figuring out how to make things fit. We also had some special requests such as a small rolling cabinet/island with butcher block top which would roll away under another counter when not in use. With a few things, such as the exact design of benches for the eating nook, we were not quite as directive and left it up to his professional judgment.
One thing really puzzled me: we planed to have a farmhouse-style sink and everything I had read suggested that a cabinet for that style needed to be built specifically for the exact measurements of the sink. Despite my repeatedly asking Richard about it and offering to have the sink sent to his workshop so the cabinet could be fitted, he continued to insist that it was not necessary and even said he didn't want the liability of having the sink in their possession. I should have held my ground, as I later realized.
Real trouble started when the cabinets were delivered. It turned out that when Richard came to make his own, final measurements he had made several mistakes, including not accounting for the flooring which was still to be installed--even though our contractor reminded him. ALL the upper and full-height cabinets had been built too tall. There were also egregious design errors, such as benches for the narrow nook which wasted lots of space on a steeply slanting back leaving a seat too shallow to sit on (11and quot; if I remember correctly). The sink cabinet was not crafted at all to fit; the sink bottom had slight curves at the corners and the spot where it was to sit was built completely square, leaving huge gaps. Richard had no functional suggestion for how to fix this--he seemed to think it was OK. I asked him to return our final payment until the redone cabinets were delivered, but he said and quot;that's not how we do things.and quot; Had I known how much more trouble we were still to have, I would have gone ahead and put a stop payment on it. The benches and uppers all had to be sent back and re-built which hugely delayed our construction schedule and frustrated the contractor to no end. It was a very busy spring construction season, so he had to move on to other jobs and in the end ours had to get finished in and quot;bits and pieces.and quot; Even some of the re-built cabinets were not correct and had to be DONE AGAIN! My contractor's awesome carpenter rigged up a fix of sorts for the gaps in the sink cabinet, but it never looked quite right.
Now, this may not reflect Superior's service in general. The delivery guys hinted to us that Richard was having personal issues at the time, had made multiple major errors, and was having to get them fixed at his own expense. That's awful and I felt sorry for him, but the lack of professionalism was simply inexcusable. Nobody from Superior ever offered us any compensation for this nightmare. In fact the costs went over budget. I would DEFINITELY never use this company again!

Went in to showroom and worked with Ryan Desimone. He came out and took measurements and the cabinets were ready in two
weeks. Drawers did not match rest of floor cabinet, so they re-did them and now are perfect.

I would NEVER use again!!! The master bath cabinets arrived poorly constructed, warped, poorly finished, and wrongly sized such that the undermount sinks would not fit. We had ordered for 21and quot; sinks and openings were 20and quot;. Both cabinets required all drawer and cabinet facings to be replaced or refinished - poor workmanship on all. Getting the issues resolved through the salesman was a nightmare. Never have I dealt with such obstinacy. He took an obvious, straight forward issue and turned it into a nightmare. Absolutely rude to my wife - should be fired, period! Superior did take the cabinets back and rework them and they now look much better (although drawers are now offset to the facings in order to accommodate the larger sink openings). But what an ordeal! A few recommendations if you use superior. Bring your sink spec sheet with you when you design the cabinet. As soon as the cabinets are built go to the factory and inspect before they are delivered to your home. This will assure your project is not delayed while cabinets are reworked. Also, beware of the 'easy close' hardware. They may be 'easy close' but they are 'sticky open' - be sure to try them first because getting them replaced afterward is impossible with this den of snakes.
Would also say that Ken, the poor guy that comes to your home to fix all the mess, was very kind and responsive.

It was great. We used superior for our kitchen remodel a few years earlier and was impressed with the quality of the product and the great service. So when we needed new cabinets for our bathroom, we knew where to go!

I was looking for quality cabinets at a fair cost which I absolutely received. Customer service and the willingness to work for me on initial design, custom requests and multiple design changes was equally as important. Ryan Desimone totally fulfilled my expectations and special requests. Ryan was very accessible, helpful with design and responsive to my multiple requests, changes and questions. Finally, the service technician, Ken, did a great job in final inspection and adjustments to the doors of the cabinets. Ken was very detailed and conscientious and I felt he truly cared about my satisfaction during the final inspection. I don't expect any issues with the cabinets but if something comes up, I have full confidence Superior Cabinets will back their product.
