They were very friendly from the beginning, & easy to work with. I paid half up front, Once they were ready they called & came out promptly the next morning. They were done by the afternoon & there was no pressure for the balance due. Gary gave me time to look the work over & make sure everything was to my satisfaction, before I paid the rest. He said if there are any problems give them a call, & so far so good.

The estimator was prompt to our appointment.  I was told it would be 2-3 wait time for the work to be done.  I waited more than a month and finally decided to call to check on the status.  I was told they were just about to call me; they thought they could have someone out that Saturday.  I know it's tough to be accurate with estimates of time in an outdoor business since weather can make or break your schedule.  But I think they should have checked in with me, not vice versa.
The two man crew came that Saturday and were a bit later than I thought.  But they set right to work and were done that day.  Since it's a long walk from our driveway to the fence area for their tools and materials, I suggested they could park at the end of our driveway (which was a little closer) or in the road at a point nearest to the fence.  Well, they parked on the lawn nearest to the fence, leaving deep tire tracks since it had rained the previous two days.
The fence posts are solid and that's what we hired them to do.

I am taking the time to write this review because I was so impressed with this company. Ray of Addessi Fencing was truly a professional from the start. He had my sense of urgency from the beginning. We had a short time frame in which to get the fence done due to our move in date. Every other company we called treated me like just another customer and told me how LONG it would take. Even before Ray knew how large the job was, he asked when he could meet with me. During our first meeting, I was playing around with a couple of different ideas. He helped me with the design and helped me stay within budget. My budget was tight and he helped me understand the things I can cut and what I really could not sacrifice without the quality being jeopardized. From that point on, I literally could text and email him questions and logistics. The job was completed very quickly as he squeezed us in his already very tight schedule. I cannot tell you how many compliments we get! Our neighbors were all asking for his number! Knowing he helped create a place that is safe for our kids and dog made the transition to this house so much easier! One more thing, the customer service continues. After a tough winter, I found that one of the gates had settled and was a little off. One phone call and he had someone out the next day and I have yet to see a bill. Ray is very honorable and he has a very talented team. I highly recommend Addessi!

Fall of 2013: The installers came within 2 weeks of my call. I chose the type of fence based upon their cost estimates, which seemed a bit high.They know what they're doing and in a few hours had the fence up, settling the posts with concrete.  After the snow melted I saw one of the gates was twisted and warped.  I called Addessi and they said it was probably due to the gate being pulled against the heavy snow, and to try to twist it back myself; it that didn't work, to unscrew the hinges and re position them.  And, if that didn't work, to call back and they'd come out to help. I was able to twist back the hinges and now the gate looks OK.

Excellent! Ray Tarsi was very helpful and professional in guiding us through the design and installation process.  Installers did a great job.

Horrible installation. Company left metal pieces all over that my son could choke on or poke his eye out with. After calling them to let them know this they supposedly sent someone to clean them all up. The next day we kept finding more and more. After sending them a threatening email the owner came this time and supposedly cleaned them all up, sure enough we kept finding more. We've found over 100 at this point. They sent someone else to pick more up and of course we found more pieces after that. It's now 3+ weeks later and we are still finding these metal pieces. 
After going back and forth I asked the owner how he would fix this and he very obnoxiously put it back to me asking how I thought he should fix it. He also said my son could just as easily poke his eye out or stab himself with an aye corn or twig! 
If this was a professional job they should have made all cuttings in a separate area where they would have newspaper or cardboard down.

We had a terrible experience with a company who installed a fence for us incorrectly. It fell down in various states of disrepair, and when that company refused to fix the mistake, Ray from Addessi came and assessed the damage. He told us exactly what the company had done wrong, and how much it would cost to fix it. We accepted their bid and they fixed it quickly. They did an amazing job and we are so happy with the quality of the work and of the service provided to us. It was a breath of fresh air working with them!

I would not grade them very well. I did not use them. The problem was that I asked them for an estimate, they scheduled with me, cancelled on me without telling me. The only way I knew was when I called and they happen to tell me that they weren't coming so I rescheduled, came out and never gave me the estimate.

It went well. The end result looks fabulous. Two people came today and asked me if I was going to paint my new fence and I said, "No, I want it to stay just like it is." It looks like wood. You cannot tell that it is vinyl. What is more important is that I do not see my neighbors now. My neighbor's fence is falling down so they are about to fix it any time soon. It was pretty much destroyed by the hurricane. It had to get fixed and I was not just going to wait around for them to fix it. The people of Addessi Fencing LLC were great. I would definitely recommend them. The fence looks very high quality. I think that the workmanship is good. They have used concretes to anchor the fence posts. I really think that they have done good quality work. Their punctuality is also very good.

Everything was smoothly with them.  They might the one that we might use.  The staff was very nice.  The owner came out and he was good.  They seemed to know what they were talking about.  He took the measurement and then he sent me an email.  The quote amount was about $6000.

The guys came early and promptly started the job. It took them all day to do the install and had to work around rocks and sub footings. They keep the area clean and picked up all stray wires. I am very pleased with the way it looks and how it works. My dogs are happy that they have a large area covered to relax in.

I was impressed  with the quality of their workmanship, their efficiency and how friendly they were. I would highly recommend them.

I received three bids from local fencing companies. One company was much higher; Addessi and the remaining company were essentially tied. I went with Addesi because the persons with whom I had contacted there were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The work began on time. It was obvious from the beginning that these people knew what they were doing and took great pride in their work. The topography along the property lines was extremely difficult to fence in, but they took it all in stride with no complaints. The job took longer than the estimator had figured, but the final bill was exactly what we had agreed on - which was very fair to start with. (I have the feeling that if they had known how difficult it was going to be the quoted price might have been a bit higher!) The job highlights: Excellent price; great job; done on time; and all very nice folks to work with. What more can one ask for???

We wanted to extend the fencing around our swimming pool so we contacted a few fencing companies. We chose Addessi based on personal recommendation and because they were significantly less expensive than the company which did the original fencing. Addessi was also able to match the existing fence. The estimator came on time and delivered a proposal in a few days. The fence was installed approximately one week (as scheduled) after we signed the proposal and sent 50% down payment. Installation took two days and occurred while I was at work. For the most part, the work site was clean, or at least as clean as it was originally, and the workmanship appears sound. Some modification of the original plan was required due to geometry and terrain contour. Addessi promised to fix a sticking gate that existed in the original fencing but forgot to do the work during the installment of the new fencing. My wife called on Saturday morning and someone (the owner?) came by that afternoon to take care of the problem. Overall I have been well satisfied with the experience; the fence looks good and the company has been responsive. I cannot definitively judge the quality of the work. As mentioned the fence looks good but it has been only one week, only time will tell. Too many home improvement contractors do not understand the value of quick response and keeping appointments. I am happy to say Addessi is not one of them.
