After purchasing a fixer-upper home I contracted Dean to remodel several rooms. My home was built pre-1900s so there were a number of unknown factors when looking into the remodel. Dean was the only contractor that was honest before the project even started that there would be many factors that might cause problems and walked me through all the possible costs for each scenario. Once work was started I was kept in the loop daily on what was going on and if there were any potential issues. By the time our third project started (bedroom remodel) I felt so comfortable with Dean that I was not even on the property to check his work until he was completely finished. Dean gives fair price and time estimates and won't just tell you want you want to hear to get your business. He wants the project done right so that you will be happy and get a quality end result. I plan to continue to use his service for years to come.

Overall, great coordination at start of project. Accommodate my families schedule and made all preparations necessary to keep project moving along. All design decisions were reviewed and suggestions were made to keep costs down where possible and ensure future remodeling was taken into consideration. Dean's team was punctual and reliable and made the whole project move along with ease. The cleaned up each day of work and were closed siderite of the surroundings even when working with other vendors/contractors during the project. My confidence was met with joy when the project was completed. Dean and his team delivered a ready to paint remodel and he finished product was everything we had hoped for. We will continue to use Dean and his team for future home projects and rely on his years of experience and professionalism.

Provider took out building permit w/ town where house was located and designed the deck. Work was completed on schedule and according to deck building specifications for our town. Deck passed building inspection.
