Your pool is for relaxing and not to stress or work hard on. Let me handle the stress of cleaning starting up and or heavy overhauls of any pool. I started working in this field 25 years ago and love adjusting water chemistry perfectly so you can not go green. I have managed mom and pop size pool stores to Leslie pools. I have also had the please of dropping over 20 fiberglass pools while being the construction manager for long lasting pool company. Stood in the trenches to row concrete out. Been on my knees to spread vermiculite and installed over 100 liners. I have an electrical background so setting / trouble shooting heaters, timers, salt cells, lights, bonding grid. Pools are my life and anything you need I am your windsor pool girl!

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

If you live in an area where pool enclosures are expected, like in Florida, having one won't necessarily increase your home value. However, it's worth noting that in warm climates, a pool can add $11,600 to $95,000 to a home's value.

On the other hand, if you're in an area where pool enclosures are not common, having one might set your home apart from the crowd. Depending on the appraiser, you may see an additional $25,000 to $27,000 or more for an enclosed, inground pool when it comes time to sell.

Sustainable materials and energy-efficient designs support greener construction options.

Customization options may include different pool shapes, sizes, decks, and additional accessories like ladders or pool lights.

When designing your dream pool, it's important to leave enough room for safe walkways, patios, and extras such as outdoor kitchens and fire pits. Your local building codes may specify the minimum space between your pool and your house, utility lines, and property line. In most cases, the area of the patio around the pool should be equal to or greater than the surface area of the pool.

The best way to heat a swimming pool depends on your pool and location. Those living in sunny environments may find that a solar-powered heater works just fine, but you may need something more reliable, like a gas or electric heater if it’s often cloudy where you live. When in doubt, try a few lower-cost options first to see if they meet your needs before going all in on a more expensive heater.
