I was pleasantly surprised as I expected a strong upsell after the affordably priced inspection. Instead, Gigantic’s representative reviewed the inspection results with me and provided his business card if I would like a follow up. I was impressed.

It went well. My husband and I found Mr. Williams to be helpful, knowledgeable and honest. We would hire him again if we needed similar work done. Mr. Williams contacted me immediately after I contracted with his company through Angie's List to schedule an appointment. He showed up at at house on time and gave us good news (we didn't have to spend a lot of money). The mold is surface mold that can be taken care of easily.

Jerome came at the appointed time and was very polite. He inspected the area that we were having issues with and gave his assessment. He recommended some minor things that we can do to try to remove it ourselves. He mentioned certain products that we can use from a local hardware store and see if it works. He gave us some helpful tips on how to prevent mold issues in the house which we think were very helpful. Overall, we are very satisfied with his service.

Eh. It was not a help to figure out what allergy was setting me off, rather just a review for ONLY the black mold... and there was none. Price was good, service man was very friendly. Honest too

Jerome (the owner) arrived promptly at my home for the mold inspection that I scheduled. He performed a very thorough inspection and explained to me how the infrared device worked and what it was showing as he scanned it along the walls, ceilings and under and behind the sink vanities. He pointed out an area of minor concern in the Master Bathroom and made suggestions for simple things that I could do on my own to remedy the problem. He also gave me some ideas for improving the overall air quality in my home. By the next day, he emailed me a very detailed inspection report that was easy to read and understand, and reiterated the suggestions that he made so that I could easily go back to reference them. Luckily, my home did not have any areas of major concern so I did not need to hire his services beyond the mold inspection; however, I highly recommend this company if you are concerned that you might have a mold problem in your home.

Service was easy to schedule at a convenient time. Provider arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He inspected our basement, measured the humidity, pointed out minor issues and described how I could easily remedy them myself. I was appreciative of his honesty in not magnifying minor issues into an expensive remediation project.

Once again I want to commend Jerome for running an exceptional company that does superior work and is very professional. I would certainly give them a high recommendation for standing behind their work and guaranteeing satisfaction. The moldy smell is not longer in our basement, and the white residue on the floors is basically nonexistent. All areas were treated for mold, especially four additional areas that I forgot to mention when he did the original inspection. The added plus is that his two wonderful employees who completed the original job cleaned out the accumulated junk and bagged it, as well. In fact, our basement is now in a much better condition than it has been in over a decade. Thus, I wanted to add to my original review which did not really do this company justice in capturing all of the work that was performed, and give all A's to this outstanding company which I highly recommend.

I am very pleased with Gigantic Clean Ups. Once we got in contact with them they came out and did a good job. The two men were perfect. They were very meticulous in their clean up and they were very careful to make sure that everything was left in order, trash was removed, and did a good job.

The service provider need an excellent job. The two men arrived on time and performed the services satisfactorily. There was a problem afterwards with an area being missed and everything was addressed immediately and satisfactorily. I am really pleased.
