"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. "I recently hired Argen Build to demo, remodel and paint my kitchen ...My kitchen was old and very dated, and I needed a full overhaul from floor to ceiling......WOW...these guys did not disappoint one bit.....aside the fact that Moises and his crew did a fantastic job, they did it with respect to my wishes and worked with my ideas ... the job was done in two weeks, they were very neat and clean.. these guys went beyond of what was expected of them, as far as getting things done when unexpected obsticles came thier way also inventing and remodifying certain parts of the cabinets and window frame when parts were missing..( and man! did it come out beautiful)...the old floors were lifted and new ceramic tiles were put down, new cabinets were installed as well as all new appliances....... plus the added touch of the reccessed lighting and crown molding throughout the kitchen, living room and dining room.......what really put these guys over the top on my list was the fact that since day one, they were very professional and respecful.
