Got Richard repaired my window, he definitely know his stuff, only took couple minutes. He then worked on some other repairs and projects Everything went down smoothly, nice chat along the way too, overall nice experience

Richard was excellent. Came on time and was very efficient! Left everything clean and neat each time he left and Left would highly recommend him for anyone who is interested in refinishing old cabinets

He was terminated by my lawyer and was reported to the consumer protection department. He installed recessed lights in the kitchen and living room. None of them work. It cannot be turned off in the living room and it doesn't work at all in the kitchen. In addition to that, all electric outlets lost power in the kitchen. He was dragging a 2 weeks project into 4 weeks. He disappeared after saying he didn't know how to fix it. Also all bathroom and kitchen plumbing works wrong. Leaking and improperly connected. He always sends workers from the street. Very rarely show up. Coming very late and disappearing . He got money (100% painting, 50% kitchen, 50% flooring), but he asked $700 more for the incomplete flooring work. He called police to have his few items left because he never showed up again. He got his belongings under the police observation. His cabinet installation, the kitchen cabinet store manager was laughing because he installed the top first which had a 3 inches gap between the ceiling and the cabinet. The store manager said that he had never seen anything like this before. I had to hire the electrical company, the plumber and handyman to fix all of his work. Paid $3,800 to them.

Richard was responsive as soon as I reached out. His attention to detail is meticulous. He does clean work and was a pleasure to deal with. My kitchen cabinets look fantastic and I couldn’t be more pleased! I highly recommend him and hope to use him for other projects in the future.

It went great! Richard was super quick, friendly and cleaned up after himself! I will definitely use Richard again for any handyman services I may need!

We were very happy with Richard’s work. He called to confirm, he showed up on time, he was friendly and polite and honest. He did the work quickly and efficiently. His rates were reasonable, and we have hired him to do some other jobs around the house. Would definitely recommend him.

He did a great job. His work was very neat and clean. On top of that he was a really nice guy.

Rich was fantastic. He removed the cabinets doors and drawers, sanded all surfaces, primed and put on several coats of paint, then reattached the doors with new hardware. The kitchen went from being dark brown and drab to bright, shiny, cheerful off-white. The whole project took less than a week. There was no dust, because Rich had the right equipment to minimize mess. I’m totally satisfied and pleased with the wonderful job he did. As a bonus, for a very reasonable extra fee, he replaced a leaking faucet. The price for the cabinets was very reasonable and affordable. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m going to try to attach before and after pictures.

Richard did an outstanding job painting my elderly's Mom's concrete walls with drylok. I would recommend Richard for your home improvement needs. He is a true professional.

Richard did excellent work, and we highly recommend him. He refinished our cabinets and painted the kitchen, family room and back hallway. Everything looks terrific. Richard finished the work exactly as promised. We will definitely work with him on future projects.

I needed to have my front railings painted. They were extremely rusted and needed to be painted. Richard did a wonderful job and improved the appearance of my home 100%. I have already spoken to him regarding other projects that need to be done in my home. Very professional and does awesome work. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and coworkers.??????

Rich is incredibly thorough and professional. Neat, made sure everything was taped up and protected. Cabinets look factory finished. Rich went over everything with a fine tooth comb making sure all blemishes were corrected. Completely transformed our kitchen and brought it to date at a fraction of the cost of new cabinets. Outside of the work, he’s also a really nice guy. Highly recommend.

My experience with Premier Built is 50/50, the work they were hired to do was mostly completed and what was done looks great. However there were a few large issues that were not addressed properly or professionally that I would never hire them again, and I would caution anyone else to as well. 1. They took way longer than expected. The original job was supposed to be 4-5 days maximum which fit my schedule as it needed to be completed in order for me to move into my home. This job took over a week to complete and caused me to push my moving date, almost costing me my moving company and required me to pay a change fee. 2. They were extremely messy. Plaster work is inherently messy and dusty, however the team did nothing to cover my floors or clean up after they were done. Despite me raising this to them multiple times throughout the work getting done. What resulted was a dusty mess in my home that needed additional cleaning to get out 3. When the ceilings were painted, edging was not properly done and there is paint all over my walls with the exception of the 2 rooms I called out that were freshly painted. This type of care should have been taken all over my home. 4. When we did the final walkthrough of the work, there was a patch that was not complete that the owner, Rich, said he would plaster and come back to paint. This was over 2 months ago, I have now reached out 5 times after we agreed the date and time he would come back to finish without a response, and he no showed on finishing the job. I have also reached out via social media without a response, my message was deleted. This is extremely unprofessional. 5. When we initially spoke, they stated that the price included labor and materials. When the job was complete, they attempted to charge me an additional $2k for materials despite already discussing that estimate given for this job included materials. This was a huge surprise given budgets were already set out and estimates were agreed upon in writing that the price included material cost before this. Again, this seemed like an opportunity for a money grab after the job was done. All in all, based on this experience and the unprofessionalism shown by this contractor, I would never hire them again and I would caution others looking to hire them. While the job they were hired for was mostly completed, my home was left a mess, the patch that the owner said he would come back to fix still remains undone without any response, they tried to charge me 50% more after the fact after we agreed upon a cost for the job, and the job was completed late incurring additional costs on my end.
